Cole’s Franchise Costs, Fees & Requirements Cole’s offers two models to choose from as you begin your journey to franchise ownership: The Basic Model and The Standard Model
The Basic Model Cole’s Basic Model is a full-service artisanal bakery with limited seating and grab & go items. The Initial Franchise Fee is $30,000 for a Basic Model. The total investment necessary to begin operations of a Basic Model franchise ranges from $132,185 to $255,500. Royalty fees are 5% of total gross revenue each calendar month.
The Standard Model Cole’s Standard Model is also a full-service artisanal bakery with a restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Initial Franchise Fee is $50,000 for a Standard Model. The total investment necessary to begin operations of a Standard Model franchise ranges from $263,150 to $514,850. Royalty fees are 5% of total gross revenue each calendar month.
Cole’s Franchise Requirements Cole’s requires that a person(s) pass a national background check and provide current financial statements with net worth of a minimum of 300k to be eligible to become an owner/operator of a basic model and 500k to become an owner/operator of a Standard Model.
Cole’s Training Cole’s team provides intensive hands-on training of 2 weeks for a Basic Model and 3 weeks for a standard model that will show the owner/operator in addition to self-paced training videos and documents. Cole’s believes training and ongoing support are essential to success.
Cole’s Support The leaders at Cole’s are experts and will be an ongoing resource for support. The Bakery Training Coordinator handles all aspects of the bakery. The Back of House (BOH) Training Coordinator handles all aspects of the back of house. The Bakery Training Coordinator handles all aspects of the bakery.
